Total aw of Kiah! longish
I know most of you have seen my updates on Facebook. unitastfu go ahead and tell me you don't care to hear about it anymore, I will keep talking about it!
Kiah had a two day outdoor swim meet in Yakima this weekend (95 degree weather= heaven!) She did sooo good. I am super proud momma.
She had 10 events and she pushed herself to longer distances than normal.
She took 6-1st places, 1- 2nd place, 1- 6th place, and one DQ. One race ended up not counting at first because she missed one of her events so they threw her in with the 14-17 year old boys. She looked so tiny next to them. It was a 50 so down and back one lap. She kept up with them all the way down even beat a few down and then half way back before she started to trail behind. She only ended 2 sec behind most of the guys. To funny!
Then she took of 16 seconds of her 100 free since the last time she raced it. 16 FREAKING sec. Amazing. I am so proud of her attitude towards the other races too. Ok maybe I do need to stfu now!

That is amazing!! 16 secs is a lot of time. I was a swimmer growing up and I miss it SOOO much. Who does she swim for? I cannot wait to get M into swimming.
16 seconds off a 100 is awesome!! Especially if she was keeping up with the older boys on her 50! Go Kiah!
