DD hasn't been napping well and has been slightly irritable. She has not had a fever higher than 100. I was assuming it was teething.
Last night after her bath, I noticed a few little skin colored bumps on her shoulder. They looked like the little bumps that she occasionally gets on her cheeks when they are dry. They almost feel like goosebumps. I put some extra lotion there thinking it was dry skin.
It was still there today. And now it is scattered on her back and tummy. She isn't itching. It isn't red. I am at a loss. I am actually scared to google b/c googling "rashes" never ends well. I tried to take a pic, but you cannot see anything b/c the bumps are the same color as her skin and they are tiny.
I called her ped, but he doesn't seem concerned. He said if it is still there in the morning to call and we can come in.
Re: She has a rash.
Sounds like Roseola to me. It's generally totally harmless

Ditto Roseola. Except DS had 103 degree fever and was so so cranky. Lasted about a week. When the rash broke, he started feeling better.
Good luck!
