**UPDATE**? about BG inserts...has this happened to you?

I've only been using them since March and a handful of my inserts are falling apart! The serging is just coming undone. It's a fairly easy fix for me but I'm wondering if this is normal or if I should contact them about it. I don't want to keep watching the others wondering if this will happen to them too.

 Has anyone else had this happen?

 **Update**

I called and they are sending me 5 new inserts. I thought it was odd that they were falling apart already. They have such great customer service!

 P.S. I love the edit feature. :D

    We're new to BGs, so I don't have any long-term experience, but I would contact them just to make them aware of the issue. Whether they'll do anything about it is another story...

    One of mine came apart before I sold them.  I called and they sent me a new one. :)

    yup, brand new diaper and after the first ever wash, one of the newborn inserts had completely come undone on one end.  The others haven't opened up yet, but they look ratty and we've only been using them maybe 2 months.

    I've been using mine for over 15m and none of them have come apart even a little.

    I've had mine for 6 months now (only nighttime use) but have had no trouble. You should probably contact them.

    That's great! And yes, the edit feature rocks . . . probably one of few good things I've found about the new format so far.

    i am glad their customer service is good.  i have really liked our bgs and was disappointed to see they were not holding up for you.  glad they will replace if we have a problem

    JSYK, I had the same problem a month after I got my stash. I contacted them too and they said they'd send me new inserts. . . That was back in March and I haven't seen anything.
