I knew we were very lucky...

This baby is from the bump.  He had the same type of tumor Madi had, but in a VERY hard place to operate.  They couldn't remove the entire thing, and his was cancerous.  He did months of chemo and they found out the tumor is growing again.  He had to have surgery again last week.  I hope he is ok. : (  This makes me feel SOOOO blessed!

    I've followed that blog.  I remember when she first announced what was going on.  Emerson HAS been through alot; although it's been quite some time since I've read anything recently.  I stayed up one night, I think my daughter must have been between 6-9 months at the time, reading that blog from beginning to end.  I'm sorry to hear that he's had another surgery but that kid is a champ--he manages to come through every time!  Indeed you are blessed.  I will keep you guys and Emerson and his family in my prayers.

    Ugh, I am so sorry to hear that.

    You certainly had a very good outcome. I bet you can't wait for the day when this isn't on your mind all the time.

    I remember her from 6-12, when she first posted about Emerson.  I have followed her blog for a few years now.  So sad a baby has been through so much and he is not even three years old yet.
