Grunting and Growling

I think my 2 week old daughter might be part wild animal lol.  She grunts and growls constantly! Not really sure what she is trying to say, but she is definitely a noise maker.  I guess I should be glad that its not crying filling the silence :)

Re: Grunting and Growling

  • I know the exact noises you speak of.  DS loves to grunt, especially when he's waking up.

  • Yes! we are thinking we might have to move her into the nursery sooner than we planned because of all the grunting and squeaking.  I read somewhere that it is possible the grunting is due to acid reflux
  • I know what you mean! DS sqeaks, grunts, growls and has a hiss noise (DH calls it his vampire hiss). Who knew something so small could be so noisey!

  • Same here. Grunting especially at night or when waking up. It's hilarious during the day, not so much at night while we try to catch some zzz's Wink

  • My LO enjoys making those noises while she poops. Very delightful in the middle of the night.
