nbr vent- it's BS that printers do not come with USB cables anymore...

this is so frustrating to me. And the fact that hte salespeople don't mention it to you when you buy a printer is even more frustrating. So you get home & set the whole thing up only to discover that you can't use it until you go back and get the cable. 

And the worst part is, we 'recycled' the old printer to get some $ off this one & I'm pretty sure MH just left the cable on it when he returned... so I'm calling to ask if we can have the cable back, I'm hoping it's still attached.

ARGH. Sorry. Needed to complain to someone b/c I"m home alone!

    if you don't mind waiting a little bit, you can get cables CHEAP from monoprice.com  It will save you like 85-90% the price you would pay at Best Buy, or Radio Shack.

    Wow that is great to know!

    The manager at Staples actually found my cable & MH is going to grab it tonight before they close... he seemed annoyed to have to look for it but geez...
