T & P please:DH has surgery tomorrow

He has to get his tonsils out (possibly adenoids too).  ENT said it isn't as hard on adults as it used to be but it will be about 10 days before he can lift/do everything he usually does.  He has needed to have this done for years so I am glad that he is finally doing it.  I'm just a big worrier and the pg hormones don't help at all.  Any T & P would be appreciated!  Thanks!

    ooohhh yuck! A friend of mine had hers done when she was 30...she was a mess.  T&Ps

    Good Luck to you and DH.  10 days of taking it easy seems a bit excessive for a tonsilectomy--good luck with that.

    I expect to be in your shoes soon, so let me know how it goes.  My DH has an appontment with an ENT on Monday.  He has had recurring ear infections and ringing in his ears since November.  He also broke his nose in high school and and it has gotten more and more crooked over the years--now he has a completely deviated septum.  I expect the ENT's eyes will light up when he realizes DH will need the works--ear, nose and tonsils.
