Daycare Q - Naps

Did you baby take naps in his crib before he started daycare? Graham starts next week, and I am failing at getting him to nap in his crib. He naps like a dream in his swing (I swear that thing is like valium) but I'm worried he won't nap at daycare.

    He  rarely napped in his crib at home but somehow he sleeps there at daycare...don't know how but he does.

    DD does not nap in the crib at home, but she will nap in the crib at daycare.  It took a couple weeks to get good at it though : )  When she started, she'd only nap like 10 minutes at a time.  Now she's up to an hour.

    DD always naps in her crib at home.  However, b/c of how extremely different the environment is at daycare (her room is dark, quiet, etc - the opposite of daycare) she kind of sleeps wherever at daycare.  Just ask them at daycare about what they do - trust me - they'll want your kid to sleep, and will probably do whatever it takes!

    my dd hardly ever naps at daycare.  they just have to live with it.
