If DC has dust mite/enviro. allergies

What did the allergist suggest they take? Ours told us either Zyrtec or Claritin. I've been finding equally bad reviews of both, so I wanted ask some people I "know" what their experiences were...

BTW we are all doing fine :) I'm at my new job, I'm finishing up training, we haven't had Vivian's party yet (but she turned TWO last week- can you believe it???), and I'm about to jump right back off the computer but if I haven't emailed you (and you want me to LOL), give me your address and I promise I will soon :)

 TIA and TTYL!!!

  • Josh, Mandi & I have enviromental allergies....Josh & I take Zyrtec and Mandi takes Claritin.  It really depends on the person.  Try one and give it at least a week to see if it works ... if it dont then try the other.

  • Got your email, however was having computer problems and didn't get a chance to respond.......

    just wanted to say hello!

  • My DD started off on Singulair, then went to Claritan and is now on Zyrtec.

The Zyrtec works wonders.  The Claritan however, made a zombie of my child and she did not feel good the whole time she was on it, which was why I had them switch her.
