2nd+ timers: Hospital Bag...what to pack

Sure I am probably beating a dead horse but what will you bring to the hospital? With my DS, I packed everything and probably only used my toiletries from my bag. I never used my ipod, clothes/undies (besides going home). I am about to get the bag started as well as my diaper bag (what are you packing too?!). I figure, I'll pack a small diaper bag for the hospital and soon pack my big diaper bag for 2 kiddos!

    i WAY over packed last time. i'm gonna bring one nursing tank/bra and sweat pants. because i plan to stay in the hospital gown for day one because you get checked and poked and prodded so often. also, baby only really needs an outfit to go home in unless your hospital doesn't provide them with anything. no need to pack for a 4 day camping trip...most hospitals will even provide you with toiletries :)

    I agree, I hardly used anything. I didn't even dress baby until we came home. This time I am being stupid again and packing what I "might" want. It is little tougher though because we are further from home this time, so we can't just run back and grab something. Although I anticipate being in the hospital one less day as well. ugg, sorry, I'm no help!

    Last time I packed my robe, toiletries, a nursing bra, clothes to come home in.  I just remember being in those hospital gowns a lot?  I think? Geez why can't I remember. 

    One or two outfits for the little one so I have options and his/her blanket.  That's about it. Oh and camera, video camera, laptop.  It all starts to add up huh?

    Something comfy to wear and easy to put on.

    Also, don't forget your boppy or whatever if you plan to bf.  It can really make learning the holds easier.
