Sit and Stand vs. Double Stroller

My daughter will be 3 1/2 yrs. old when our little one is born and I am debating between a sit and stand or a double stroller.  Plus looking for brand/model recommendations. My daughter is on the lighter side but tall. Thanks!

    my baby trend sit n stand actually has two seats.  My first daughter was too little when the baby came to stand or sit on the bench so she sat in a normal stroller seat with straps.  It is a great stroller, holds two kids, one infant seat, and then goes into a sit and stand.  It is priced great and is easy to use.
