Screaming after all day feedings but not night feedings?

DD had reflux which was caused by a milk intolerance.  I'm now on the lookout for this with DS.  He seems to be displaying some of the same symptoms as DD.  However, DD used to scream after all of her feedings.  DS will scream after (and sometimes during) all of his daytime feedings but is just fine during the middle of the night.  He usually will drink his bottle and then go back to sleep.  Anyone else experience this?

    DS did this too until we started burping him after every ounce. He was eating too much at once without getting rid of the gas, which made him very uncomfortable. At night he seems to eat an ounce and a half and burp halfway through and doesn't scream.
