I hate the OB office

Why can't the OB office make a special waiting room for women that just had a m/c or loss? I was stuck in the waiting room forever today with tons of pg women (one leaving from her first appointment with her goodie bag) and newborn twins.

The good news at least is that I may be done. Last week my HCG was at 10.  Praying for a 0!

    My MFM has a protocol to get you out of the waiting room and into a private lounge. Guess I'm lucky that way, though I am envious of your hcg level!

    I AGREE.  

    I have to go PIAC tomorrow and am not looking forward to it.  I'm not expecting my level to be low enough either, so I'll have to go back still. UGH I just want it all to be over!!

    I agree! I hate sitting in my OB's office staring at all the pregnant ladies waiting for my post m/c blood draws....something not right about that

    That happened to me twice already. Luckily, both times my OB called me into an office right away as soon as she saw me sitting in the waiting room.

    My first follow up is next Tuesday and I have no idea how I'll do there... I lost it just pulling in the parking garage to head to the pharmacy the other day! Ekk. Hope you get your 0!
    Tried for 2 years before diagnosed with DOR and low Progesterone. MC at 16 weeks in June 2010 (Told Placenta Previa contributed to the loss)
    Mommy to one darling & amazing little girl :) Born September 9th 2011 (C-Section at 38 weeks for Placenta Previa)

    Surprise!! EDD 12/13/13 (Hoping for a VBAC!) Off home bed rest  and now just monitoring a large SCH. Stable in size but not going away. SHRINK PLEASE!

    It is definitely horrible!!  I sat in tears the whole time I was waiting for my f/u apt.  At least you should be done for a while.  I hope your back soon though for good reasons!! ((hugs))

    I had my first f/u with DH by my side and it wasn't too bad. However, I was alone for the 2nd and was completely uncontrollable. Literally all 4 women in the waiting room were with their s/o and visibly pregnant. I texted my husband, "I hate every person in this room". I am truly a nice person, but that was the only thought that kept running through my mind. It was just awful. I finally went up to the window and asked if I could PLEASE sit somewhere in the back and they took me in.

    Of course, my count wasn't low enough so I have to go back Wednesday :-( This time DH will be with me again so I can just look at him and not pay attention to all the people around me... hopefully...
