  We just got one from Walmart. They're like $5 or something. Yup, they work okay. Depends if your kid likes the taste of the medicine. DD will take gripe water EASY in the paci, but HATES her prevacid in the paci.

  i havent used the pacifier ones but we love the ones that look like a little mini bottle.  you can get them at walmart.

  save your money, just use a nipple from a bottle... works great for us for prevacid and her yeast medication she was on

  Ours works great for gripe water but the amount of zantac we give him is so miniscule that it works best to just put it in the nipple of a bottle.

  FWIW - Bed Bath & Beyond sells them along with Marshalls - I couldn't find them at our Walmart here.
