I am just wondering what everyone elses LO's are like. Our DD is a GOOD baby, she rarely cries and is not fussy. The only time she does cry is when she wants to be held. Lately she's gotten to where she will scream if you set her down, but returns to her happy self as soon as she's picked up. So it's not gas, she will do it when she is clean and fed... so she really just loves being held. I'm getting a sling to help, so that I can do stuff around the house easier.
Are all newborns this way? My family of course is saying "dont spoil her" blahblahblah.. I just prefer soothing her and keeping her comfortable, and if she wants to be cuddled 24/7, I don't mind. She's only 3 weeks old. :P
Just wondering if it's just a newborn thing, afterall, they were all cuddled and cozied up inside us for 9 months.....
Re: Are all newborns clingy?
My LO is only a week old and she is very clingy. She rarely wants to be put down, but im grateful I have so many willing people in my home that want to hold her so I can still get things done round the house. But for the most part she wants her mommy.
I love that she wants to be held all the time even though it can get tireing. They wont be this small for long so im tryin to enjoy it
You can't spoil a newborn, it doesn't matter what people say.
I wish my LO would want to be held all the time but he is happy just sleeping where ever I put him. Enjoy it because like people said, it won't last for long!
