I'm grossed out by many phrases and words, but my co-worker loves to talk about how her puppy always "takes a dump" the minute they set out for a walk. I just hate that phrase! It makes me feel queasy.
Well I hate it when people refer to the restroom/bathroom/ladies room etc as "the toilet" ... it seems to be common for Europeans and other cultures to call it this when they speak in English. My husband for one says this, he is Croatian. I am trying to get him to call it anything but that! I can't stand it! Who says "I need to use the toilet?!" Ugghh. I only call the toilet a toilet when I am talking about needing to clean it!

Lots! I hate when people say "that's gay" when they mean something is lame. I hate when people say "Oriental" instead of Asian.
