Anyone want to play guess the sex?
We are going in tomorrow and I know my ultrasound tech is going to tell us (as long as babies cooperate!) She told us at 13 weeks with DD, so I am confident in her!
I am absolutely freaking out. I have no idea why...although I do prefer boy/girl - more for Paige's sake, but it isn't something that I will be upset over if that isn't the case.
For some reason I feel like polling all my family and friends is going to give me an accurate assessment of what is in there.
So...if anyone has any guesses - I'd love to hear them : )
I had nausea all day long from weeks 6-10. None last time.
HBs started in the 170s and have tapered into the high 150s - low 160s as of the last week or so. Paige's was about like that...maybe a little higher than both of these babies, though.
Don't crave much - didn't last time either.
My gut says boy/girl. DH's says girl/girl.

I am excited...but I am way more nervous than I was last time! It is occurring to me more and more every day how much I am changing Paige's tiny and precious little life here. For some reason I have it in my head that it is best for her if there is a girl in the mix.
But then, I think, how special it would be for her to be the only girl. Sheesh. This is why I am freaking out. I just need to know so I stop driving myself crazy!!

I polled some of my friends and family before my big u/s with Hannah and I had like 10 girl votes vs. 3 boy votes. So it can really be accurate! Lol!

As for thinking you are crazy, I'm already feeling the same way about rocking Ella's world with two babies and I just found out.
No matter the outcome, Paige is going to get used to any combination of genders and it will be perfect for your family.
LOL! I am starting to feel more confident in my boy/girl aspirations seeing as so many of my SAIF girls predict that! I need help : )
I go with "mom's gut"--boy/girl!!!
LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).

I can't imagine the emotions surrounding adding another baby to the mix. I want another so badly I can taste it, and at the same time when I think of how it would change the dynamic with Ollie, it scares me silly. But even if the initial adjustment is hard for Paige (and it might not be!) she is going to be thrilled to have siblings for the rest of her life. She might hate the idea of a growing family for a minute, but once that passes she's going to love it forever, you know? I'm excited for you and the adventure you're all about to embark on...

I was way more nervous finding out the sex of #2 than I was with DS. It really changes the whole thing- you are either the mom of girls or the mom of kids! lol

I have read your blog and I know that at one point, you thought that you would be surrounded by boys so I think this is it for you!! I also think that Paige is going to be a great big sister.

Ever since you announced it was twins I've been thinking girl/girl- BUT I'm ALWAYS wrong- so maybe it's boy/boy
