I think I did. Not really an "announcement" as much as it was just putting it out there for people who aren't in my immediate circle.

I think I posted a picture of the ultrasound around week 8.

I posted that my husband felt the baby move last week so around 18 weeks. I never made an official announcement though.

I announced on FB after my successful 12w appt. (11w5d). Successful = hearing the h/b on the doppler. I was 12w1d when I announced.

Yes- after our NT scan I did (13+w). I didn't want to be "outed" by someone else on my page. I did word it so that others who didn't specifically know about our previous losses would know that this wasn't an easy journey. I said something like "thrilled to finally be able to announce a healthy pregnancy!"

Yea, did this yesterday. Lots of college friends and such that I don't talk to regularly enough to call them up and tell them, but I wanted them to know.

Nope. Everyone who needed to know was told by me or family. I personally didn't see a need to announce on FB.

I announced after our big u/s (which was pretty early, at just over 17 weeks). This way I could announce the pregnancy AND that it was a boy all at once.

Yes, shortly after the new year when I was a week or two past first tri. I put something like "2010 the year (this and that) and our family gets a little bit bigger with a blessing in July"

I announced after our NT scan at 13w3d. I have a lot of actual friends on FB that I don't get to talk to on the phone because of distance (8-12 hours time difference doesn't make phone conversations easy lol).

I did at the beginning of my second trimester. Since I'm soooo cool, I posted a poem. I did this before our due date changed to 11/29.

There once was a family named G****er. To add to their count they were eager.
Now they are three.
Soon four they will be.
Come 12/1, our size will no longer be meager!!

I did right at 12 weeks when the results of our NT scan came back normal.

I was ready to share my happiness and also have plenty of support if something happened.

i announced! pretty much everyone knew anyway but my first day of second tri was on christmas day so i posted that my christmas present was making it out of first tri.

I announced both on FB as soon as I found out. So 6 wks and 4 wks with this one. I realize that a lot of people don't do that but I'm a very open book type person and I prefer to talk about things. I had to do the m/c announcement with the first one and I was prepared to do it again if I had to, but luckily I didn't!

I did at about 14 week, after we told everyone we needed to tell personally. I still don't mention it much on FB, but other people bring it up a lot on my page.

I did on my birthday. That I wished for nothing but a great appointment and that our November baby was healthy because my NT scan was on my bday.

I try not to whore it up with the pgcy b/c i have a lot of friends that have had losses but sometimes i mention it.

We did not. I even erased some posts from my page that others eluded to. I just did not see the need. Yesterday was my birthday and someone said hear your having another birthday soon. I just decided to let it go. So I guess I am sort of "out"

I didn't actually post an announcement. I posted u/s pictures right around 14weeks. Some people are still just finding out for the first time.

Yes. We announced at a little after 11 weeks. We told my parents at 11 weeks, and my sister outed me on FB before we could actually do it ourselves after the NT scan.
