city mini with carseat adapter

I just got the car seat adapter with the graco snugride 35.  It seems like everything is assembled correctly, but the car seat is wobbly on the stroller. Does anyone have experience with this?  I assume it'll just stay a little wobbly since it doesn't click or lock into place.  Any advice or experience from people who are using this set up?

    I thought mine was wobbly too -- actually I just returned the adaptor because I felt it was not secure enough. I know it probably was not going anywhere, but I was too uneasy with how it felt when attached. I guess I'm going to just put LO directly in the stroller.

    I'm pretty sure you strap the carseat it bc it doesn't click.  Doesn't seem like a good idea though...
