We have both the Neutrogena P&F and the Blue Lizard from Skinnursemandee's post (one for home and one for daycare) and no issues!

We are using Badger. Was going to use CA Baby but Badger is rated as safer and it's cheaper so that's what we went with. No complaints thus far! We use the regular lightly scented kind and have had no issues and no sunburns.

California Baby and Neutrogena Baby Pure and Free. Both are good and I used them on DD when we went to the beach and she's still pasty pale as ever.

Neutrogena pure and free. It's worked well so far. I used a different brand on DD first but she had a reaction to it.
