Is there any food or drink that will help to increase your milk supply?
Oatmeal?
Beer?
I'm already pumping every 2-3 hrs and my supply is staying pretty consistent @ 2 oz per pumping session. (Have been pumping since baby's birth 10 days ago).
You're still early in the game - are you EPing? I started pumping at 3 weeks (along with BFing) and got about 2oz each time. I have heard oatmeal can increase supply. In my experience, just getting enough calories and fluids makes a huge difference. I evened out to about 8oz total for a morning pump and 4-6oz for an afternoon/night pump.
I've heard the same thing about oatmeal helping, also just make sure you are drinking tons!
When you pump make sure to keep pumping even when your not getting anything if your not already doing this, I would do it for 20 min on each side when I was trying to get my supply up.
Considering your LO was born 10 days ago 2 oz every 2-3 hours isn't that bad, every bit helps!

A high fiber diet (like oatmeal) and lots of water. But its sounds like you're going ok. Also pumping for a little longer will help increase supply (even if nothing else comes out) and message while pumping will help. https://newborns.stanford.edu/Breastfeeding/MaxProduction.html I dont have a hands free bra, i just sit on the couch and balance one bottle on one legs while massaging one side and then switch.
