It's the coffee. But you are probably better off getting the small amount of caffiene than the chemicals they use to decaffienate most coffees. Most drs agree a cup a day is ok.
Coffee def works... I agree with kdodge decaf is fine but so is regular. If you do not want to do the coffee thing (but it is fast acting... for me at least) I eat watermelon and that is REALLY helpful. When one of the ladies on here mentioned it I had never thought of watermelon to help in this department but it does! As suggested above, prunes and the juice are also very helpful (my friend has A LOT of digestive issues and she swears by prune juice) I hope you fine your remedy soon

Le sigh. More food myths. Decaf is fine. Please do some research instead of spewing random crap you find on the internet or heard from your neighbor's brother's SIL's niece's best friend's little sister's teacher's brother once said. There's already too much of that here with the deli meat and cheese stupidity.
Hot lemon water helps some women.
Actually I have done my research on this. I was listening to an interview on the radio with the founder of a coffee manufacturer about what made his decaf coffee different. He mentioned all the nasty chemicals used that leave residue in the beans. I was very surprised so I looked into it after that. I wish I could remember the name of his company, but all I know is they are Houston based.
