Extreme Fatigue a AF symptom?

Could extreme fatigue be a pre-AF symptom. I just can't figure out what's going on with me. I have slept through the night the last couple of nights, but I'm just exhausted!!! My eyes are even blurry. I don't ever remember being tired like this with other periods.

Anyone else have major fatigue with pms?

    Me, me!!!  Last week I did, that's why I thought I was pregnant.  Not the case.

    I have extreme fatigue during AF...its ridiculous..I could sleep all day long.

    Yep, me!  Mine is related to anemic during AF and low thyroid.  Gotta love being a woman...  Also, if you're still BFing and you get AF- eat your spinach cause your body gets super depleted of iron and you can wind up in the hospital.  I did.
