What does it feel like to have a foot in your ribs?

Yesterday when I got home from work I started to have s lot of pain on my left side. It got worse as the night went on and I was barely able to sleep. I got up this morning and stretched and was shocked how much it hurt. I can't even take a deep breathe. Is this the baby or did I do something, I can't think of how I could have done anything though.

It is more likely baby's butt than a foot. Caroline kept her butt shoved up into my right side...and it was some kinda painful.
It hurt more than I thought was possible.
