How do you get the goo from medical tape off?

It's all over my leg and it's gross. My go to answer would be turpentine, but I'm pretty sure that would be disaterous if it got on the burn. Plus it's a bit close to my lady bits to be testing it.

I did recently. I used it right before my shower so that I could rinse it all off though. But it worked well
