I'm having a hard time finding things that sound good to eat in the mornings (breakfast and snack). I need to make do some grocery shopping this weekend so I thought I would try to get some ideas. Thanks ladies!
Late morning I eat either fruit cup from whole foods or now have been making my own cause everything is in season..english muffin, bagle and/or greek yogurt...I seem to be starving (usually after my workouts) around 10:30-11AM..until lunch round 1ish..
Greek yogurt - I eat one every morning. I like the Chobani brand. It has a ton of protein (like 15-16g) and not too many calories (about 120). That and two slices of whole wheat toast or a whole wheat English muffin will last me until noontime.
Cereal with skim milk and a banana. I've been addicted to cereal all throughout the pregnancy...the first half all I wanted were Frosted Flakes...now I have Rice Chex.

Toast or oatmeal. This morning I had pizza, though.

I have been having trouble getting food down in the morning. Today I managed to eat a piece of rye toast and a banana. I feel like I took 21 shots, head is pounding and so nauseous

I've learned bananas are not good for me right now. The mushiness of them does not go over so well in the morning. : ( Hope you feel better!
I have an apple on the way to work and then a toasted, cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. I like to get a piece of fruit out of the way early because I'm less likely to want it later in the day. Early on, even an apple wouldn't upset my stomach. The bagel is a splurge - I always ate oatmeal and then starved before I was pregnant. Bagels are still the only food I actually like and look forward too. Food is not my friend now.

I now *have* to have protein first thing in the morning! (I never even used to eat right away) So I usually have an egg w/cheese on a whole wheat English muffin or whole grain bagel, or pb on the muffin, or Kashi blueberry cereal with turkey sausage.
Sometimes if I have to run out early at 8 a.m. to drop off something for my boss, I'll hit McDonald's on my way home because I cannot wait to get home to make something.
For a snack I have fruit, yogurt or a wheat pita with hummus. Yum!

Re: What do you eat in the mornings?
I always had a high protein boost. The extra protein helped settle my stomach.
I was big on bagels in first tri as well as all natural fruit cups.
Cereal..Either Cheerio's or Special K around 8AM

For a snack, I've been doing berries and /or a yogurt around 10 (breakfast at 7).
