Just curious? DD goes to a daycare center. Birthdays are a big deal. I am sending in cupcakes and little presents for all of the kids (this is the tradition). We are invited to join in but I am not sure what we will do...
We can only send in a unopened store bought item (i.e. cookies, brownies) and they are shared at afternoon snack. We are taking Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookies in for DS birthday on Monday, and there is another little boy in his room that will be 2 on Wednesday so the kids may get tons of sugar next week.
We do the bday parties at school vs. inviting the whole school to another party outside of school. I love it that way! DD's bday is on friday and I'm bringing in pizza, fruit and popsicles to celebrate. I might do some treat bags too.
