  I like it spelled Keira.  I think it's really cute.  Jane is becoming the new go to middle name I think, like Marie, Elizabeth, Grace, etc.

  Kiera is nms really, but I think Kiera Jane sounds really cute! This name could actually grow on me.

  I like Kiera (either spelling would work, but I think "ie" would be easier b/c of that "i before e excpet after c" rule).  I like the pp that suggested Noelle as a mn.  Other mns: Elizabeth, Violet, Marie, Mae, Grace...

  I love the name Keira, spelled this way. My cousin named his little girl this (she's 4) and I've always loved it.
