Houston Sewing Machine Rental

Hi - My mom is coming in from out of state to help me put my nursery together.  She's an expert seamstress (she used to own a quilt store), but I can't sew a stitch, so I don't have a machine. 

The only machines I've been able to borrow are very basic and it would make my mom's job so much easier if I could track down a more capable machine, but I can't seem to find anyone who rents them.  Do you have any suggestions?

    Check out Sew Crafty.  I don't think they let you take machines home, but you can sew there on their machines

    Thanks for the reply Kat!  I had never heard of this place, but I'm glad to know about it.  Not sure how my mom will feel about dragging all our stuff down there (we're about 30 miles out, so if we forgot something, it would be a long track back to get it).  But I'm definitely interested in some of their offerings!!  :)  good to know!
