TTC After a Loss

So upset (Beta update)

Yesterday I had my OB do the #'s and it was 114.

Today's #'s from the RE is 125.  There is a margin of error b/c they where done in different labs, but it is starting to look like my BETA quants are going the wrong way.  I effing hate my body and it's reproductive system right now.  There really are no words!

The ectopic was diagnosed in March and the surgery at the beg of April. This has been going on for almost 2 effing months now!

Forever buddy to Angelica; Natural Miscarriage Jan. 2008 @ 11 weeks; 2 years of BFFN's; DX: Unexplained IF (RE thinks IF is due to tubal issues); IUI #1 & 2= BFFN; IUI#3 = BFP, resulted in Cornual ectopic pregnancy; IUI #4 - 6 =BFFN; Our next endeavor... • Oh, and I don't know if you ever read the blog alittlepregnant.com, but she went through the same thing.  You have to go way back into the archives to find it, but maybe it would be comforting to see what happened with her.  (She does have 2 kids now though, so be warned that the newer posts are all about kids.)

  • I had the same sort of issue w/ my m/c back in Oct. I started gushing lots of blood, huge clots, major cramps, went to the ER, sent home w/o even doing an u/s (too early, they said) and then my hcg levels the next week were going WAAAAY up. Like in the 100,000s and they were like "oh, looks like you're still pg!" Um, nope. Several weeks later I was diagnosed w/ a partial m/c and had a D&C. I was so freaking mad at my stupid body- just do SOMETHING RIGHT PLEASE!!

I'm sorry you are going thru this- I know how horrible it was for me and yours seems to be going on even longer, which sucks. :( I hope this is over for you soon.

Um... ectopics are very different from a partial m/c... but thanks for the sentiment.

Like I said I already had 1 surgery to remove the ectopic and my right tube and now might need another surgery to remove the tissue that is still there b/c the pregnancy was at the opening of the ute and the tube and the first surgery did not remove it all.
