1. crawl- army or real crawl
2. pull himself up to standing position
My almost 9 month old has just started pulling himself up to a standing position on his own. He started army crawling at 8 months and is on the cusp of crawling on his hands and knees. This all sounds like normal ages to be hitting these milestones, maybe even a tad early. I'm just curious because my mom warned me that both of my brothers and me were very late walkers and she said don't be suprised if our son doesn't walk for a long time too. Apparently, my older brother was the youngest walker at 15 months. My other brother and I were more like 18+ months. At the rate DS is going, I'd say he'll be walking right on time. Plus, knowing my mom, she maybe didn't play with us much and give us many opportunities to practice.
Re: When did your LO hit these milestones?
Crawl - 8 months 4 days
Pull Himself Up - around 9.5 months
He started cruising furniture about a month ago. And about 2 weeks ago he started standing unassisted for a few seconds. He will be walking anyday now!!!!
1. Army Crawl: 7mos 1wk
2. 7mos 3wks
1. Crawling - 7 months
2. Pulling up to standing position - 8 months
I don't think DS is anywhere near walking. He seems content crawling/cruising everywhere. He can stand unassisted for a few seconds but that's about it.
1. Crawling just shy of 8 months
2. Pulling up - just after 8 months
He started walking just shy of 11 months.
Crawl - 8 months 2 wks
Pull to stand - 8 months..
DD has a huge interest in walking and i noticed her pulling herself half way up on things at 7.5 months and then the day she turned 8 months she pulled herself up all the way and began scaling the furniture
Army crawl- 7 1/2 mo
Crawl- almost 9 mo
Pull up/cruising- 9 1/2 mo
I consider my DD to be on target, certainly not early, but not late either. I would guess that she will walking within the next month or so.
My LO isn't crawling or pulling himself up yet ...
thanks for freaking me out. Just kidding, I'm not worried about it thanks to the bumpies, they calmed my nerves.
Crawling at 6 months.
Pulling up I think around 7 months. She started to walk at 8.5 months.
1. Army crawl - 6m
2. Real crawl - 7m
3. Pulling up/cruising - 8m
I started walking at 9m, so maybe he's taking after Mama!
Dont' worry! My DS did it all of a sudden and shocked us one day. Plus, I know some babies skip crawling all together. Your LO could get up and start walking all of a sudden and do it before all of our babies.
1. army crawl- 7 months
2. pull self up 7 months
Pulling up: 6m2w.
We had to childproof in a rush.
