I've just encountered this in the last few days. I'm so used to eating lots of fruits and veggies and now just thinking about them makes me gag. I'm really bothered by this because I don't know how I'm going to get all the nutrients my baby needs
If it makes you feel any better the baby will steal all your nutrients so really it's just you that hurting from not eating veggies not so much the baby, lol
Yesterday the doctor told me to not even worry about eating and if all I can get down is one meal then that's fine. She was more concerned about liquids.
::Sneaking in from February:: I had aversion to all veggies and chicken when I was pg with dd. I existed on PBJ's, Baked Cheetos and Strawberries during the 1st Tri last time.
Your water, prenatals are most important right now. Agree 100% with what sallymad said.
I have an aversion to my vitamins. I can't explain it. They don't make me sick or anything, I just have this overwhelming feeling that I'd rather die than take them.
