Mastitis ?s - Please help!

So last Thurs I felt pretty sick and had a fever and body aches.  I also had a weird feeling in my nipples and a kind of shooting pain.  So I called the Drs office and the nurse said I probably had mastitis and called in some antibiotics.  I've been taking them as I should be and pumping/nursing every 2-3 hrs.  Also trying to drink lots of water and continuing to take my fenugreek which I've been on for a month.

The thing is- it's been almost a week and its not getting better.  In fact I think the pain is getting worse in my left breast.  My supply is seriously suffering and Im just devastated by it.  I know supplementing is fine and we have been, but it just kills me to be trying so hard and FAILING.

On top of all of this DS has been having low grade fevers in the evening and has been pretty fussy. I know its not because he's hungry because he's pretty much been getting EBM or I'll give him a bit of formula after I BF if he still seems to be hungry. 

 Any advice is greatly appreciated.  Im really at the end of my rope here.
