Watermelon = Diaper rash!!

About a year ago DS had a diaper rash so bad that it was bleeding! We couldn't figure out why he kept having diarrhea and the pedi told us to give him lots of liquids and liquidy food to keep him hydrated. We continued to give him watermelon for the liquidy food and the diarrhea kept up for several days.

Last month DS got another really bad diaper rash when we got back from visiting my sister and I figured he must have picked up a little bug from her DD.

This weekend... same exact thing. I finally figured out that all 3 times he had lots of watermelon. I googled it and sure enough, watermelon = diaper rash! I wish I would have known about that sooner! Poor little guy!
