  That is terrible!!!!  What also makes me angry though is that the mother stayed with this man even after he was convicted of abusing the baby when she was 15 months old- WTF to that!

  Ugh, my mom told me about this story today. I don't even know if I can read it, I'll be that pissed off.

  There are a plethora of uneducated parents in this area. I had the pleasure of hearing another parent today tell another little kid that his 18mo daughter was "old enough for whoopin's now, because she's old enough to know better." Yeah...

  I don't know much about BAC (aside from 0.08 means you're legally drunk, or something.. here, at least), but I did notice it was really high, and the fact that she was near-comatose is EXTREMELY disturbing! The fact that there's a prior abuse case against him absolutely disgusts me, though.
