  Can stay dry for an hour at a time (like not constantly leaking).

  My oldest never showed signs... so we took the plunge anyway when he was 2 years 9 months.  It was a bit of a struggle the first few days - but that's it.  My 2nd started showing signs by going into the bathroom & wanting to sit on the potty like his big brother & by wanting to read the potty book over & over again at 20 months... I was not really able to start since I was not ready until after the baby was born. So I waited until he was 25 months.

  We're still looking for them. DS will be 3 in Oct. He really has no desire to pt. He is always on the go and he thinks the potty chair is for reading. I have been trying to focus on modeling and naked time outside, now that it's warm. We have books and tapes and big boy underwear to tempt him. We are in the process of selling our house so I really didn't want to go full force until we were in the new house. I was hoping it would have happened sooner.
