***Weekly Weight Loss Group Check In**

I totally sucked this past week.

I didn't exercise at all and I pigged out like crazy. I neither lost nor gained any weight. So, I don't feel too badly about it.

Here's to a better week up ahead!

    I did bad, all I did as far as excersise was go for one walk and I ate nonstop. I did go get super healthy groceries today, so hopefully this week will be better.

    I always do weekly check ins on Monday just to see how everyone is doing. 

    People usually start off by saying how much they want to lose, how much they currently weigh (optional), what kind of work out they are going to do, etc...

  • I'd like to join as well!  My name is Stacy.  I currently weigh 155 and need to lose 20 lbs (eventually 30 to get back to wedding weight!).  I've been working out every day doing either the 30DS or a workout from the FIT channel on TV combined with the treadmill.   I have not lost a single pound in 4 weeks.  I finally started keeping track of my calorie intake and realized I'm way over the1800 calories diet recommended for those that are BF.  I guess all my healthy snacks were adding up!  Now that I'm keeping track I'm hoping the weight will start falling off!!!!

  • I haven't lost anything this past week.  My eating habits have been absolutely pathetic, but at least I'm getting some food in.  It feels like I've been neglecting my needs in order to provide for my boys, so my nutrition has become secondary. 

    I'm hoping to lose the last 20 lbs once I start exercising in (hopefully) 3 weeks.  We shall see:)

  • According to my Grandma's scale I lost 3 according to wic last week I lost one. Not too bad :)

    I didn't lose sh!t this week!!! And I thought I was doing really well? I've been walking between 20-40 mins a day, started the elliptical and crunches.  I've also been counting calories. I'm currently at a 140lbs...still have 25 more to go Tongue Tied Starting 30 Day Shred tomorrow...very scared!

     

    BTW...your baby is ADORABLE and I LOVE her name!!

    I neither gained nor lost any weight this week. I walked a few times last week (30 -60 minutes 4 times) and on Saturday I walked on the sand at the beach for 20 minutes. Tomorrow I am starting to use the exercise video's (Walk Away the pounds 3 mile). Hopefully that will make it easier because today it was 95 degrees outside and i could not bring myself to go out

    I wanted Lilliana at first but that is one of my ex's daughter's name so I went with Lilith. Equally as beautiful.

  • I lost two lbs since the first Monday check-in (was that two or three weeks ago?  I've missed the last couple).  I'm going to get the 30 Day Shred DVD this week, and try to find the time to do that.  My original plan was to walk with the girls every day, but the Washington weather has not been cooperating.  Nothing but rain since I can't remember when.
     
    I'm trying not to get discouraged.  It seems like I lost weight much more quickly with DD#1.  I need to lose at least 15 lbs by August, or I'll have to buy a whole new work wardrobe, which is really not an option!

    I'd like to join as well!  I have just started WW and I am doing pretty well.  Right now I weigh 161 and hope to lose about 26 lbs.  I am going to be in my sister's wedding in November and I would like to be back down to my wedding weight by then.  So far, I have lost 7 lbs on WW, but when I weigh in on Wednesday, I don't think it will be a great one.  Darn Memorial Day weekend :(.
  • I only lost a pound :(. I think it's because I only have 12 pounds left, so my body is going to make me work for these! I only worked out twice but stayed within my points the whole week! It's very hard for me to see the progress, but I'm taking pictures every couple weeks or so to see how I'm doing. Thought I'd share to help me stay motivated! We can do this ladies!!
