If your breast fed baby has a milk allergy, how did you know?

I'm thinking my DD might have one... Here are the details:

She's almost 8 weeks old, I found a little bit of blood in her diaper last week, (haven't seen any since then though) she's been having what I *think are mucusy diapers. (the poop is kinda stretchy at times, almost like EWCM but yellow...is that mucus), and she's been spitting up a little bit more recently... Does that sound like a milk allergy to you?
