I hate my neighbors! (NBR)

We have a completely fenced in yard (about .5 and acre) and 3 big dogs (two black labs and a Swiss Mountain Dog). Normally they are all pretty calm and just go about their business... One of our neighbors have 2 dogs that are allowed to roam wherever and at least 10 times a day both of their dogs will come running up to our fence and harass our dogs... so our babies will go up to the fence and bark back... When I hear them bark like that I go out and call them back to the house to make them stop...Well my DF was just talking to our neighbors, and they said they are getting pretty upset that our dogs keep barking... WTF... Really? Keep your damn dogs home and the barking would stop!!! I want to go over there and chew them out but we have to be careful with what we say... We rent our house and this particular neighbor is one of our landlords spoiled rotten kids... UGH! I can't wait to be done with school so we can move and buy our own place so we don't have to deal with this mess anymore!

    im renting too, and i have to dogs that like to bark when people come close to the fence. it is so hard when your renting and have dogs. i'm so glad we are only here till august!!

    What dummies!  Who allows their dogs to just roam around anyways??  Besides, dogs bark!

    Ugh! I am stuck here for another year... So far they are the only problem we have had.. I am just tired of having to get on my dogs for something that they can't really help....

    Do you live outside city limits?  Because otherwise I am pretty sure their dogs would have to be on a leash/chain/or fenced.  At least here within city limits they can't just roam.  That's super annoying.  Our neighbors have a dog that barks 24/7 & it drives me nuts but I tolerate it to keep the peace.
