Quinny zapp stroller

Does anyone have it? If so does the seat recline? I am thinking not, from what I am seeing on line.

    A friend of mine does and it does not recline. But, it is light and travels well.

    I have a friend who loved the idea of the Quinny.  And then once she bought it, she ended up selling it to get something different.  The storage space was really lacking and then it is $19 for cupholders!  That was a bit crazy, so although it did travel well and the look of it was great.  It wasn't all that practical.
