Hands Free Pumping w/o special bra!

A mom in my new MoM's group taught me to use 2 hair elastics: 1 around the cup of the pump boobie part and tie it to the other that loops on the hook from the clasp of a nursing bra. I was skeptical but it totally works! I wish I were artistic and could draw up a schematic for everyone.

I hadn't heard of that one. I used an old sports bra and cut 2 holes in it, worked great.

I did this too! Cheap, worked well, and easy to just keep in my pump bag and use whenever!

This totally worked for me...it was great! I had a few of them in case one was dirty or in the wash!
