1st fruit/veggie?

What did everyone choose to be the first fruit or veggie?! I got the green light from my pedi, I'm so excited!!

    We did rice cereal first, then oat cereal, then the first veggie was sweet potato.  The first fruit was apple.

    Thanks! We have already been on rice cereal and oatmeal, now we're ready for the yummy stuff!!

    We moved a little quicker than most but we just started this week a few days shy of 6 months.  I did one day of rice cereal and then I moved to sweet potatoes (which she loved) for three days and then we started pears last night..I am not sure she loved them..she was making funny faces!  I think we are going to do peas next followed by bananas.

    I think I am going to alternate between fruits and veggies.  I am having a blast making them all for her!!!

    We are doing rice cereal now...he HATES oatmeal.  Once our pedi gives us the green light next week I think I am going to start with sweet potatoes or squash.   And maybe bananas or peaches for fruit....peaches because we live in NC and they are almost in season!

    We did rice cereal, oatmeal and soon moving onto multigrain once she's good w/ that I'll move into veggies (pedi recommended veggies before fruit)  I think carrots or squash will be her first - hee!hee!  GL  Kel

    We did rice cereal, then oat cereal, then avocado, banana, and now sweet potato. He didn't really care for the avocado or banana, butvis loving the sweet potato.

    Rice cereal, banana, sweet potatoes, peas (hated them!) and carrots in that order. I add banana in every rice cereal feeding because he loves it.

    Rice cereal first. Just gave squash today. We're pretty much hitting the veggies before the fruit due to sweetness factor. We have avocado, carrot, sweet potato, zucchini,& peas in the wings and for fruit banana, prunes, pears,peaches, papaya, & mango.
