WWYD: Outdoor b-day party, possible rain

If you were planning a birthday party at a park for tomorrow and the forecast looked like this:  https://www.weather.com/weather/wxdetail/27587?dayNum=1, would you plan to go with your backup plan of having it indoors and let everyone know tonight?  Or chance it, and possibly have to keep all the kids entertained under the shelter at the park because it ends up raining?  The party is at 9:30 a.m.  The chance of rain is only 40%.  I'm torn as to what to do -- if we envoke plan B, it won't rain tomorrow.  :P

    I just saw the weather and they aren't calling for too much rain anymore, and none in the morning tomorrow, that was on ABC 11. I would just go ahead and have it outside.

    I would go with plan A and hope for no rain.  I thought it wasn't going to rain until later.  Have fun tomorrow...and Happy Birthday Natalie.
