Hi Ladies -
Just an FYI on the pampers with dry max. I saw a post on here not too long ago about a Mother that called Pampers and got vouchers so she could buy new diapers because she had a problem with the dry max ----- sooooo,
I had two large boxes of the newborn dry max diapers - one I could take back but one box we opened and my Mom and I put in the nursery (just getting ready for lil one) so I could not return them - So, I called pampers and they took my info and said that they would like me to stay with pampers and could send me double the amount I paid for the one box I could not return in vouchers to buy any diapers I would like. I said as long as I could buy pampers without dry max that is fine. She went over what diapers did not have dry max and I agreed. So, she is sending me 3 20.00 dollar vouchers for mega packs of any diaper I choose.
And, I was honest and told her that I just did not want to try the diapers on my Son and then have a problem instead of me calling and saying I had a problem using the diapers.
Re: Pampers refund ....
What number did you call? Thanks!
I would like to know what they said doesn't have dry max....my 2 year old got a horrible rash all over her backside (not a diaper rash) on the 3rd day of use. I LOVED the old swaddlers but I am afraid to try out the new brand on the new one!
You are welcome. I thought it was great info to share. The lady I called was so kind and helpful. The number I called is I - 800- 726-7377.
The lady I spoke to said that the pampers baby dry diapers do not have dry max and pampers has no plans of ever making them with dry max. She also told me that the sensitive diapers do not have dry max --- however, I have seen sensitive diapers with dry max so be careful. But, there are still boxes at stores of regular swaddlers and sensitive that do not have dry max. When you look at a box there is a little blue triangle on the front that says dry max. You cant miss it. All boxes or diapers with dry max will say it.
Baby dry she said have no plans to ever go with dry max and I know there are still regular swaddlers and sensitive swaddlers for sale at many stores that do not have dry max.
P.S. - I am so sorry our lil one got a rash. I feel horrible for the lil ones that had to go through that. I hope her bum is all better :0)
If they are opened you will have to call pampers - if you still have them in the package or box you can exchange them. If you know where they were bought it is a lot easier - there is a huge post below about returning diapers to a store without knowing where they were bought or with a receipt.
Thanks! I didn't open any of the boxes or packages. I will have to see if I can find the post, no clue where any of them were purchased. I think I did read that WalMart is the easiest to do this at but I personally won't set foot in one
Maybe I will have to send DH on a little errand...
ty, on my to do list next week
DD got blisters all over the place, so sad.
