    I live about an hour from there... What do you want to know? Most of us hang out on the Iowa board on the nest. You'll get more replies there!

    There's a bumpie called jamie4duke that lives there, but I haven't seen her post in several weeks, so I don't know if she's still around. She used to be a frequent poster on the 12-24mo board.

    I've only been there once. I was sent to work there for a week a few years ago. I was expecting a tiny podunk town, but just from the little bit I saw they have a lot more than I expected - a shopping center, some decent restaurants, familiar fast food, a Walmart and a Walgreens.

    What is it like?  I know the population is only about 10k, so I'm wondering what the town is like as far as housing, shopping, eating out, schools, etc.  DH might be transferred there.
