Babies: 9 - 12 Months

Need to be fitted for a bra - where?

I need to figure out what bra size I truly need to be wearing. My boobs have certainly changed since nursing and since I still have weight to lose, my old ones just don't fit. And I hate to admit (gulp), I'm still wearing my nursing bras and I quit nursing when DD was 7 months! Crying I need to find a store that does actually fitting. Anyone know where I could get this done?

  • Nordstroms... hands down. Worth their weight in Gold to get fitted for a good bra.

Edit: They will not only measure you...they will give you some suggestions have you try it on and tell if it fitting correctly. I think they actually go to classes on the subject. VS never did that for me.

  • Nordstroms did a great job when I went.
  • Nordstrom or Victoria's Secret. Or see if there is a speclity bra shop in your town.

    I thought I was a 36DD, I got measured and I was actually a 34F...yowsa!

  • Just about everyone fits for bras now.  JCPenny, Macy's, Victoria Secret, Fashion Bug, Lane Bryant.  I know where we used to live there was a specialty bra shop that just fitted and sold bras....it used to be the only place you could go get fitted a few years ago.  Then Oprah stressed the importance and everyone is doing it.
