oh yea, except my DH did this at about 5 months preggo and told me that the reason I am having such heavy mood swings was because I am having a girl! lol, I guess you can find anything on Google!

when i talk about my symptoms or pregnanct stuff ive read he acts uninterrested, and if i tell him that he acts that way. hes like i dont tell you but i do look this stuff up on the internet while im at work, so i dont like re hearing about it over and over again. bla bla bla. So i just keep quet about anything now.
Mine is kind of the opposite...I'll mention something that I am concerned about, he will go and search for it without me knowing and then come back and tell me that everything is fine because of what he found. I think it's cute...I tend to be the one that freaks out and my husband is the calm one.

I was having some problems and was in L&D overnight 2 weeks ago and I had a growth ultrasound 2 days later because I measured way off in L&D. So the day of the U/S my SO texts my on his lunch hour asking how I'm feeling and the regular stuff that he checks on everyday. Well then he says ok so the baby should weigh between __LBS- ___LBS and be ___-___ long and I was like excuse me who told you that? and he goes I'm on the internet. I said oh my gosh you are too cute sometimes just don't worry about it at this point every baby grows different and the doc will tell me if somethings uo. I thought it was the most adorable and sweetest thing ever. He was so concerned.

LOL, I'm wondering if that's what mine is doing... he keeps coming up with really absurd stuff that he must be reading somewhere...

I think if he thinks he finds stuff on a medical site there therefore its a medical problem.
He wanted me to go to the ER last night for edema. EDEMA. I'm pregnant. the ER doc would probably pee his pants laughing if I showed up with an "edema emergency" while 8 months pregnant!
Now he wants to call the doctor for me. They are fully aware that I have edema. he doesn't understand why if they know I have it, that they didn't "fix" it.
My DH couldn't be bothered...he knows I'm fine and just whining most of the time. He'd tell me to call the doctor before he'd start googling random pregnancy symptoms.

This! I made the mistake of letting him come to an NST appointment with me and even though I was fine, he let the discharge instructions become ingrained in his brain I guess because if he notices my ankles are swollen, he goes through and asks if I have any chest pain, visual disturbances, (and other symptoms of high blood pressure) etc. Lol he is really paranoid on some of it!
