Let's talk tattoos, ladies

So, I am adding my fourth star for my birthday (unless my RE says I can't while ttc) for Baby Feb. Even though the other stars are in the birthstone colors, I want this one in purple. That is the color for Feb. and that is how I think of this baby.

I also want to add an image for DH and I. I was originally going to go with birds, before I realized I hate birds. I like the "idea" of lovebirds, but it wasn't the right fit.

I am now totally sold on elephants. Two of them, under the stars. In blue, the color for September (the month we were married)

I also love this one, but I think the elephant looks mean. I would want the expression softened. They would be sitting like this, facing each other:

    I like the first two, and I think a good tattoo artist could do a really good job redrawing the second one to soften it a bit.

    I love the first one!  Show it to a really good artist and let them have a go at it.  You'd be surprised at what beauty a great artist can come up with.

    So perfect, i can't wait to see it when it's done!
    DD(9)DD(5.5)DS(3)DS(born 2/1/11) July 2006, lost a baby at 8 weeks, natural miscarriage , May 2009 lost Zoe Eliana at 17 weeks no reason known, possible under developed organs. Lost two more babies in September 2009 at 7 wks 4 days. Had myomectomy surgery to remove a large fibroid in November 2009.

    I'm not into tattoos (shocking, I'm sure), but I love the imagery of yours. I think the first one is perfect.
