I know BM will be the primary nurtition source. Right now we are giving him 1/2 cup of peas at night
When do you increase the number of times you feed him and what you feed him?
I cna't find ANY information and my doctor said "just start with cereal and work you way up."
That's not helpful.
Do we increase the amount of food once he gets into all the veggies and fruits? Once we know he has no known allergies?
How many times a day do we feed him "food" and BM?
I'm so confused, I don't even know what i'm trying to figure out.

Life at Chunky Gal
I've been feeding LO solids, (one veggie), 1x per day (dinner time) and 2 - 2-1/2 oz of veggie each time. Then I usually 'wash it down' with a bottle, and she'll usually drink 2 oz of formula. Without solids, she usually drinks 6 oz from a bottle, so I figure that 2oz of veggie solids is roughly equivalent in stomach fill to 4oz liquid formula.
This weekend, I'm going to try feeding her solids 2x per day, lunch and dinner.
MY LO ate 1/2 cup last night of peas! then barely ate any milk. I'm so conflicted to feed him first then do veggie or veggie then bf.
I'm glad I'm not the only one confused on this issue. There is no information out there.
This website is awesome.
