Maybe a dumb question, how do you clean your highchair?

We just started using our highchair daily and I am just wiping it down with the dish rag after each meal, but then I started wondering if I needed to do something different.

What do you use?

I wipe with a dish rag during the day but at night I use the Clorox spray- cant remember the exact name of it but its safe to clean highchairs with (it says you dont even have to rinse but I do). I leave the clorox spray on for at least 2 min and I then wipe and rinse.

we have a vinal or plastic high chair.. and if its real super messy I use spic and span if its just a normal messy I use hot soapy water and if its just from him eating a snack thats not messy at all I will usually use a wipe or a wet rag.

I let my dog lick it.

I have the clorox wipes that we use.

And then I take the cover and wash it once a week or so.

I just wipe up using a damp cloth diaper and vacuum the crumbs out when I'm vacuuming.

Wet towel after each meal, clorox wipes once a day

I try to remember to throw the actual padding that comes out into the laundry about once a week or every two weeks.

But as for after meals, I usually use a Clorox wipe or a disinfectant spray and paper towel (after picking out all the bits of food that have fallen into the chair).

I use a Clorox wipe at night. During the day he only eats purees so it's not messy.

mostly soap and water, occasionally a Greenworks wipe. We also have a plastic cover for the tray that I also occasionally put in the dishwasher.

I wipe it down with a soapy dishrag after every meal, and about once a week, I clean it with Clorox spray or Pine sol or something like that. About once a month, I remove the cover and wash it in the washing machine, and take the frame of the chair outside and powerwash it. My child gets the highchair quite dirty.. I am glad that it has a removable, machine washable cushion!

I wash the cover every week, and wipe down the chair with a baby wipe when she is finished. The day I wash the cover I use Lysol 4 in 1 cleaner (it can be used on floors, counters, that kind of stuff) and wipe the whole thing from top to bottom! The tray gets washed with soap and water after each meal and the dishwasher to sanitize 2 or 3 times and week.
